- Non-Returnable Items:Customized products, clearance sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for returns.

- Exchange Policy: You can request an exchange within 7–10 days of delivery.
- Stock Availability:Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or store credit.
Return & Exchange Process

- Approval:Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address.
- Shipping:Return the item using a tracked courier service (return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective).
- Inspection & Processing:Once received, we will inspect the item and process the exchange or refund accordingly.
Defective or Wrong Item Received
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
