• Within India:Orders are delivered within 5 business days.
• International Shipping:Orders are delivered within up to 10 business days (depending on the destination and customs processing).

Please note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.

• Domestic (India) Shipping

  • Standard Shipping:Estimated 3–5 business days
  • Delivery Partner:Reliable local courier services

• International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping:Estimated 7–10 business days
  • Customs & Import Duties:International orders may be subject to import taxes and customs duties, which must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

We do not offer Express Shipping currently.

• Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment.
• If your tracking information is not updated within 48 hours, please contact us at support@hidelifestyle.co.uk.

• If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 3–5 business days before reaching out.
• If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at support@hidelifestyle.co.uk with your order details and photos (if applicable).
• We will assist with claims and provide a resolution as per our refund/replacement policy.

• Return Window:You may request a return within 5 days of delivery.
• Exchange Window: Exchanges are allowed within 7–10 days of delivery.
