• Within India: Orders are delivered within 5 business days.
• International Shipping: Orders are delivered within up to 10 business days (depending on the destination and customs processing).
• Shipping delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, courier issues) are beyond our control.

Please note:Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

• We accept returns within 5 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.
• Exchanges are allowed within 7 to 10 days of delivery.
• Items not eligible for return/exchange: custom-made products, clearance items, and gift cards.

• All leather bags come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects.

• Custom orders require a minimum of 10 products and are subject to additional processing time.

• We are not responsible for indirect losses (e.g., lost profits, business interruptions) arising from the use of our website.
• Liability for defective products is limited to repair, replacement, or store credit.
